Delivery 3/4 weeks is no use - my lenses are dailies - I'll run out?

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick, I couldn't wish for more

Order took a few days to come through and would have appreciated better feedback in that time

I could see that the lenses are very delicate and I’m sure that’s how should be, for comfort, but unfortunately is a problem for me, every time I have tried to put on, it folds in, doesn’t keep open and if you blink is even worse. I was very excited to have them but haven’t been able to wear them so far ?

I ordered the wrong prescription by mistake, totally my fault!

I contacted Alensa and told them what happened resigned to the fact that it was my fault and they would probably not reimburse.

They responded saying as long as the contact lense box was unopened I could return for a full refund; which I did.

Totally impressed!
